What Is The Future of Service?

Last week, Hero’s Founder & CEO, Adam Levene was invited to be one of 4 keynote speakers at the Future of Service event, hosted by Dell-EMC and global research firm, The Future Laboratory. Hidden behind a crouched doorway in East London, the event was housed in the surroundings of The Future Laboratory’s London HQ.

In a “speed-dating” format designed to stimulate conversation and debate, Adam presented to groups of brands including Yoox Net-A-Porter, Fortnum & Mason, Jaguar Land Rover, and Westfield on the future of service in retail and how curated, personal experiences are the way to engage a new generation of shoppers.

The evening formed the launch platform for the Future of Service report which highlights key trends in service including; influencer bots, re-focusing the experience offered by retail associates and how brands are becoming wellbeing consultants.
