I’m thrilled to announce that Hero has been selected as a finalist for the LVMH Innovation Award 2018.
Launched in 2017 by Louis Vuitton Moët Hennessy, the world leader in luxury, the highly-prestigious award has been described as “a vehicle for discovering, supporting and recognizing the best startups in our industry.”
Last year’s inaugural award was judged by a stellar line up of industry figures including Angela Ahrendts, SVP Retail at Apple, Tody Fadell, founder of Nest and creator of the iPhone, Natalie Massenet, Founder of Net-a-Porter & co-chair of Farfetch, Alexandre Arnault, CEO of Rimowa, Daniel Zhang, Chief Executive Officer of Alibaba, Stewart Butterfield, Founder of Slack and rapper and investor Nas among others. The 2017 award was ultimately taken home by Heuritech.
You’ll proudly find Hero next month in Paris alongside LVMH at VivaTech 24th — 26th May where 2018’s winner will be announced.
This prestigious nomination is the latest in a string of achievements for Hero. Just last month at the Millennial 20/20 event in London, Hero was recognized as one of Europe’s top retail technology companies. Shortly after, we announced the opening of our NYC office, expanding Hero into the U.S. alongside retail brands including John Varvatos and John Hardy.
Teamwork makes the dream work.
