HERO® COO Natasha Franzen Discusses Disruptive Retail Technology on Supply Chain Revolution

HERO® COO Natasha Franzen joined Sheri Hinish (SupplyChainQueen) for episode 43 of the Supply Chain Revolution podcast.

Natasha and Sheri discussed both the challenges and opportunities retailers face to reimagine brand experiences and bridge the physical and digital ahead of peak trading season.

Topics covered include keeping store teams employed while stores are closed, providing tools for gamification to keep store teams motivated, and bringing the human element to online shopping through text, chat, and video.

On the subject of what it means to be a Supply Chain Rebel, a hallmark of Sheri’s podcast, Franzen opened up about her experience as a female leader in tech: “I’m passionate about putting a focus on diversity and bringing women forward in tech, and it’s something I’ve really been able to spearhead at Hero.” Franzen continued, “I’m proud to say that at least 50% of our employees are women.”
