We’re thrilled to announce former Senior Vice President of Worldwide Sales at ForeSee, Ryan Grace, has joined HERO® as Chief Revenue Officer, ahead of the company’s next wave of global expansion.
In addition to ForeSee, Ryan has experience as VP of Sales at Magnet Systems, the high-profile mobile middleware company backed by Andreessen Horowitz. Earlier, Grace held several executive-level sales positions at Clairmail and Purisma.
“Ryan is a world-class sales leader, bringing a wealth of experience in commerce, enterprise technology and customer experience. No other retail technology company has assembled an executive team totally focussed on helping retailers get ahead of the most fundamental changes the industry has ever seen. We’re delighted Ryan has joined us to help lead the charge” commented Alistair Crane, CEO of Hero.
Grace adds, “In less than two years, Hero has risen from upstart to market leader. I couldn’t be happier to join the executive team, accelerating Hero’s global partnerships with the world’s biggest retail groups while building a global sales organization across the US, Europe and Asia.”
The appointment of Ryan Grace follows the leadership hires announced in late 2018, including, former EVP, Chief Digital Officer at Tailored Brands Inc. and former Head of Business Development, Multichannel Retail at Google, Benjamin Baum joining as Chief Operating Officer (COO); and Marc Hruschka as President of Luxury Strategy and Partnerships, with previous experience as President & CEO at Chopard US and VP at Chanel.
Based in New York and London, Hero has fast become retail’s most innovative omnichannel technology company, leveraging brick-and-mortar stores to influence online sales. At Shop.org in September 2018, NRF awarded Hero the most innovative retail engagement technology, and was recognized by LVMH as one of the world’s most innovative emerging companies.
