Huntsman, the legendary Savile Row house, has partnered with HERO® to bring its world-class services to customers at home.
Founded in 1849, Huntsman is known for its expert tailoring, combining unmatched craftsmanship with contemporary styling. Today Huntsman is regarded as one of the longest-standing and most innovative bespoke houses on Savile Row, serving as the tailor of choice to celebrities and royalty.
As a testament to its heritage, Huntsman served as the inspiration for Matthew Vaughn’s blockbuster film franchise Kingsman, providing wardrobe for the characters while certain scenes even feature the store itself.
Huntsman is partnering with HERO® to launch Huntsman at Home, a fully virtual experience that brings the renowned service of Savile Row into the homes of customers around the world. Shoppers can connect with Huntsman’s in-store teams for personalized consultations, enabling customers to provide measurements virtually under the guidance of client managers and cutters for both made-to-order and ready-to-wear items.
“Hero empowers our client managers to recreate the luxury experience of a visit to the 100-year-old Savile Row Huntsman shop and cutting rooms for those clients browsing our website from the comfort of their home or convenience from their office,” says Huntsman chairman Pierre Lagrange. “It’s the perfect addition in our efforts to bring luxury back to e-shopping, following on from the introduction of our white glove TOSHI delivery services.”
Hero gives Huntsman’s in-store teams the ability to interact with customers browsing on the website in real time, empowering them to provide advice on fitting and fabrics, and assist with recommendations from their ready-to-wear collection through chat, text, and video calls. In addition, customers can touch base with Huntsman advisors virtually to arrange a physical store visit at a time they’re most comfortable with.
And the experience doesn’t end there. In-store advisors can continue the conversation, keeping in touch with customers via text to follow up with updates on their orders, special events, and VIP offerings.
