With shoppers spending more time browsing online than ever, John Hardy’s growing footprint of boutiques use Hero to extend the expertise of the associate and experience of the store to digital, for the very first time. This innovative approach is significantly boosting conversion rates and average order values whilst delivering a unique customer proposition. In a recent Forbes profile, they credited John Hardy’s success to “having a robust and sales-generating omni-channel strategy…something that no new luxury brand can do without, and John Hardy is bringing it.”

Awards judge and Glossier VP, Marketing Ali Weiss said, “This year’s entries had the common thread of creating new experiences that redefine how people interact with product and brand in retail spaces. The winners will be announced at the Glossy Awards gala on June 14 at Current in New York City.
