It was a pleasure to join Pearson Poon, Executive Director of Harvey Nichols earlier this month in the Knightsbridge store to introduce our partnership to the press.
For the past 12 months, our teams have been working closely together to finesse Live-Shopping at scale, making Harvey Nichols the first department store in the world to launch Hero.
Additionally, we unveiled BlackBook, our mobile-first proposition that allows shoppers and their favourite stylist to stay in touch at the tap of a button, long after the customer has left the website or store.
“Closing the service gap between online and in-store is a critical part of our retail strategy, and we are delighted to be partnering with Hero to offer our online customers the same level of luxury, personalised service that they would experience at our stores,” commented Pearson Poon.
