Norbreeze Group Partners With HERO® to Reimagine the Online Shopping Experience

Norbreeze Group, the watches and accessories retailer with more than 40 stores, has partnered with Hero to deliver a personalized in-store shopping experience virtually.

Norbreeze Group and Hero’s partnership kicks off with Cocomi, Singapore’s leading ecommerce platform for timepieces and jewelry, carrying August Berg, Bering, Boss, Coach, Hugo, Lacoste, Olivia Burton, Paul Hewitt, Scuderia Ferrari, Timberland, and Tommy Hilfiger in seven stores across the country.

From product recommendations to styling advice, Cocomi store teams can now connect with online customers in real time for an elevated virtual shopping journey through text, chat, and video call.

With Hero, Norbreeze Group is reimagining the brick-and-mortar experience and delivering it virtually. At the tap of a button, online customers can chat with an in-store expert and receive personalized advice and recommendations just like they would in person.

The partnership launches through Cocomi’s #CelebrateLocal campaign, an initiative that bridges the online and offline retail experience.

Touching on the partnership and campaign, Anders Peter Juel Sauerberg, Co-Founder and CEO of Norbreeze Group, says “The retail industry has little choice but to adapt to the rapid change in customer expectations and behaviors. Ecommerce will undoubtedly continue to grow in the coming years and become an even more important channel for retail businesses and their customers. This collaboration aims to revitalize the local watch retailer scene through this first-of-its-kind hybrid retail experience.”
